Do you think the "AI-assisted" puzzles will be better than then old ones in the upcoming Professor Layton game?
Do you think the "AI-assisted" puzzles will be better than then old ones in the upcoming Professor Layton game?
B?
I don't understand how any of these could be the answer.
D?
Is it because it's like body parts of a cat or something, top left is tail, top right is head, and bottom would be body?
Doesn't seem to be that one either… There must be something that all 3 figures share, but what?
Ahah D for sure, looks like amogus
Is it C? Because the right side is a downscaled mirroed left side?
It's so obvious once you see it, is it not?
Pretty sure they got some big puzzle group to make the ones. As long as they're better then Lady Laytons it should be fine
this
Luke and Layton don't seem too keen on the news.
Now that's bullshit
no, that triangle is fucked
someone visually prove to me that triangle follows the pattern
It does work but they picked a real shitty shape to make it hard to realise.
Consider only the right half of the two top symbols. Each one "touches" the border to the left side (not the left figure) with one loose line.
The only bottom figure that does this is B.
Wrong pic
no that one line connecting both sides of the triangle seems wrong
I cut it down teh middle, it's off a tiny bit
see it has a line where there should be a gap though
yeah I'm agreeing with you, the concept can work but the second picture's example doesn't line up correctly to make it work
They will be just as bullshit, that's for sure.
Say what you will about Katrielle's game, but you have to admit it has some great music. The entire Layton series does to be fair.
youtube.com
What's your favorite song in the series anons?
That really is bullshit, like worse than "lol everything was just a big movie set" that the actual layton games do.
It's da jooos
The Last Specter opening was great. I also absolutely love City of Miracles's Day
Bewitching Puzzles is my favorite puzzle them.
Anyone else remember that weird promotional thing they did with Lady Layton where they did all these puzzles all around the world? The first one was the pineapple pen guy. And in the end all you got was these shitty background textures.
are people pretending to not get this or do I share the board with low iq retards
Oh yeah, I totally remember those, pretty cool to be honest.
Start?
Take out your mice and open up paint, this requires a bit of finesse.
That's just Picross
I think it's picross with the addition of tetris, the red books have to be in a line of 4 for example
ez
you broke apart the red book bundles
don't care
those homo redcoat books will find a new butt buddy
I hate doodling on the phone
That's quite correct! Good job.
Brute force or logical thinking?
A little bit of both. I started checking where the reds can go and by process of elimination you can tell the vertical one can't be on the top 2 rows because it will leave no space after placing a red on the second row a couple placements ahead. After that it was about testing the possible placements of the other reds and seeing if the blues and greens could fit.
AI-assisted puzzles
what does this mean, the devs just told an ai to make the puzzles for them?
surely the game costs less than the old games since the devs didn't put effort into making the game right?
Basically means they are using AI as a stepping stone in game making. Apparently they are using at as "concept art generator" that they later retouch into a final concept. I assume they could dabble on asking the AI to make some esoteric puzzles and then have a team of real humans polish it into something unlike "Church Bells II"
What's with Level 5 and this guy
had him in the trailer for Holy Horror Mansion because they have a pinapple pen ghost or something
