in arma reforger they are good, i mean its all about the caliber and its the same caliber than the ak 74.
only downside is long range accuaracy and not being able to zero the sight to long distances but most fights are around 100 mts anyway

the 8mm Lebel Chauchat worked, the 30-06 is the dogshit one that only got reworked into being reliable in 2023 or thereabouts after a gunsmith sheared off a single mm of material from the bolt or whatever (don't quote me on that, I've seen Ian mention that in one of his videos, if I remembered which one I'd link it here)

every magnum is always shit because of the low capacity/low firerate and always gets mogged by the supposedly second best handgun which has 80% of the damage and a 20 round magazine which you can just blast at leisure

it's not like it's dogshit in terms of usage, I mean if you do hit the shots it's pretty effective and more so if there's destruction in the game
the issue with this weapon is that there are maybe two games where it's anything that resembles the real thing
Pistols in Battlefield are usually good. At the very least, it's actually worth swapping to if you run out of ammo. Most games they're so ungodly shit that it's better to just reload your main gun right in the enemy's face than gamble with the PISStol.
