IT here, we don't care what you browse, I'm too busy browsing Anon Babble myself to monitor random sites that people go on. What actually probably happened was that the filtering system for whatever reason wasn't fully working, but then when you came back in the next day after your device had disconnected and reconnected, it started working again. Sometimes HR/someone else has access to a system where they get notified if people access certain inappropriate sites, and then they forward that to us to block.
