I already have a rom of Survival Kids, as well as an English translated rom of it's sequel.

I'm intensely nostalgic for this game, I'd probably pick it up like a sucker. It was my most played GB game as a kid.

I downloaded every single game featured on the Anon Babble wiki pre-6th gen at one point a decade ago and both Survival Kids and Sword of Hope (2) were on the list

Give the games a dedicated app like the N64 17+ thing, and restrict those abilities within that app. Easy.

why give it for free to NSO members when they can make collections and sell them for $60 each? ($70 if they come on the Switch 2)

No rewinding or save states. Also have to facilitate trading somehow. Maybe functionality with Pokémon Home. Next year is Pokémon's 30th so really that's the best bet. Really they'd probably make it a separate app that's Expansion Pack tier.
