Usually that's just weasel word bullshit where you do a Fallout3/FNV and multiply the minor variations of each ending choice together to make it sound material when there's really only a handful or less of actual, core endings.

In this case it's more like 1/3 of them are bad abrupt endings, 1/3 being small variations to the other endings and the other 1/3 being real endings

Do the other side of the Box of Calamity route. The weird girl spirit Takumi sees is just him unconsciously making a spirit avatar a la Shion because he can't cope with his guilt. The actual Eva ghost is literally Eva as a ghost appearing through bloodspace shenanigans.

Who else isn’t tired of the game? I don’t even skip all the battles, and I’ve got over 170 hours with a little over 50 endings. The pent up energy that allowed me to replay the Danganronpa games multiple times turned out to be a bottomless pit.

I'm at 110 hours and not sure why I'm still playing. Did SC, Rebellion, Eva, Retsnom, most of KG (sux), and a few other routes. I pretty much hate the combat to the core, but fortunately most battles are skippable now. If a new Fire Emblem game or some other personal catnip came out today, I'd drop it in an instant. But it's a time killer and I'm still holding on to the notion that I'll unearth a hidden gem of a route. I can't even imagine replaying a visual novel honestly, though. You're definitely built different, Evabro.

It's actually reasonable. If you played through and saw the explaination of the bees origin, they are made with the same hemo power, which is heavily affected by the user's mentality, like those shonen manga shit. When they were made, they basically did an anime "contract" trope that makes it strong but has to obey the game rules.

Anon, Kamyuhn's explanation of the bees just makes it worse. For some reason this tremendous hack of a writer feels the need to explain EVERYTHING all the time, instead of leaving the details ambiguous when they're not relevant. Thereby drawing attention to his hackery. It's better not to elaborate on "midi-chlorians" unless you can truly provide a compelling explanation that slots in neatly with pre-established lore and rules, and enhances the storytelling. For example, it's explained early on how hemoanima works, what the rules of the Revive-O-Matic are, what happens if hemoanima is drained, etc. and it more or less works that way in the prologue and SC. Kodaka doesn't feel a need to go into excessive detail about it beyond that, lest his foundation be exposed.
Meanwhile this HxH Nen-contract bullshit just makes no sense in-universe. It casually introduces divine realism to a story that is not equipped to handle it. Even Nozomi is like "wut, god real now???"
