It also has unmarked mini quests that resemble more specific interactions with NPCs
There's also lots of unique gear with effects that are deeper than anything in TES

Only played a pirated early acess build. But it takes place on the isle of Avalon centuries after King Artur died. You can try to pick up Excalibur(you can't do it actually) in one of the early ares where Arthur died. Oh and the main plot is to kill King Arthur or something.
