GTA 4 has less features cuz they were focusing on reinventing the core gameplay. Now 5 is kinda shit cuz it has more sandbox stuff than 4 but not as much as SA while not being as grounded as 4

No you can't do anything in GTA 4. I liked it at the time but that game was seriously fucking dull and barebones for a GTA game. Fine, no countryside, no planes, but no sticky bombs? No fun weapons? No interesting vehicles? You can't even parachute out of a helicopter so if you want to get out of your helicopter it is guaranteed death. I don't want something retarded like Saints Row but taking out something as basic as parachutes? What were they thinking? The most fun people got out of GTA 4 was the swingset glitch because there was really little else to do

The stat leveling system in SA is probably the worst thing in the whole series.

GTA 4 has fun physics and that makes it the best in the series. maybe you can't go bet on horse races or drink soda until the game fucking crashes or whatever other gay shit your retards think is so great, but when you drive around shooting people it literally never felt better.

Taking that many tractors on top of mount chilliad was fucking impossible though. I tried. Maybe driving them up in groups of three would have worked, being extra careful not to have them despawn.

Yeah but I tired. iirc the most I ever managed was 5 in total but again it has been 20 years. One thing I did like to do is any cool new car I would find I would return to chiliad and throw it off the top just to see how far it would go. Fun times.

I like how in 4 when you start fights you can just crouch walk around and the NPC's literally can't hit you because of how slow they are. It looks so ridiculous. Also getting the NPC's to hit each other causes them to fight each other which is entertaining.

there's this road between a village outskirts that is on a hill where you can jump from to the SF airport, it's a difficult jump but you can get to SF that way
i had so much fun messing around trying to discover new ways to get to cities you shouln't have access yet
im so glad they put invisible walls only on the bridges, and if you're stubborn enough you can find a way to get to the city anyway. negative is of course getting full 5 stars, but it's so satisfying still and so fun
i hope GTA VI map is limited and you can't access all of it from the start like in V, but they still let us get ther in other ways just like in SA

in SA you can attack NPC, get to the car and drive to paynspray while he's chasing you, and if he's inside the building while your car is being repaired he will get immortal, so you can create invincible NPC and make him attack police and watch world burn
