Forgot to add, playing as the girl and getting the E ending changes the God of Fear and Hunger fight to let you control her against the rest of your party, which I think is really, really cool. Creepazoid's also planning on making the sex with the girl more elaborate (fappable), so there's that too. More positions, moaning, etc.
