anymore

Good. The N. Sanity Trilogy release marked an obnoxious period in online discussion for the series.
See: "Woah" becoming such an ubiquitous meme that even It's About Time referenced it, when at no point in recorded history before NST did anyone think "haha yeah, Crash's iconic catchphrase is woah!".

they havent made a game in fucking 2 or 4 years what you want crash in space should be a good game idea

Its hard to care about something that keeps dying every decade.

Activision fumbled the revival so bad is hilarious

if woah is the kind of shit you crash fans will sperg out about then i think the series' decline was deserved. especially since they never ported CTR to pc what the fuck

Nobody expected Crash 4,
but when it came instead of making 4,5,6 in a close window of time,
they released an online MOBA that flopped, it was a live service.

Besides Crash 4 main selling point was
it being an official mainline Crash Bandicoot title in a long time.

But after beating it, there was nothing else to look forward to,
and now even less.

To be fair, decades ago, my sister and I would imitate crash's woah all the time, and we were both surprised when the meme got big and reminded us.

Yike's.

Theory: There is indeed a Crash Bandicoot game on the way and these are shill threads that are made in a desperate attempt to keep him relevant in Anon Babble circles.

These threads are meant to cultivate a sort of "memetic loser" reputation for Crash as it is THE only way to get people to talk about him and remember that he exists. Think of it in the same way bad publicity keeps characters like Waluigi and Geno relevant. It also explains why the same exact posts are all made in an attempt to gain attention in other ways whether it be through furry posting or outrage marketing over Toys for Bob's decisions. Doesn't help that the games are rarely talked about and when they are, opinions on them have remained stagnant for years so it is easy to get the general idea of where they stand so that you can essentially copy other people's homework so that you are able to convince at least some people that you actually play his games.

As for the game itself, it won't be here anytime soon considering that Spyro 4 is just on the horizon but it will be here soon after.

Think of it in the same way bad publicity keeps characters like Waluigi and Geno relevant.

Ok, Waluigi had supposed death threats associated with him. What the fuck "bad publicity" does Geno have? What the hell does that even mean?
Also this whole post is an oxymoron.

The OG trilogy (including N.Sane) is still the GOAT. That's all people care about and all that sells

Coco's cocos.

Ok, Waluigi had supposed death threats associated with him.

When the fuck?

they planned a crossover between Crash and Spyro

Neither of these two genres compliment each other unless its a spinoff racing game. When they tried it was some handheld minigames with trading cards collecting bullshit and no real levels.

Cartoon mascot platformers

It's been 25 years since they were relevant.

There is an old rumor that said Waluigi fans were sending death threats to Masahiro Sakurai because he wasn't playable, but I don't believe it is true.

I do, I liked the original trilogy, ctr, and 4 and really hope we get 5 some day

the mario collection is just romdumps. it had zero budget. far more profitable

Ok, Waluigi had supposed death threats associated with him.

Old, forgotten forced outrage about a bunch of kids being stupid online shit talkers that obviously weren't going to follow through on it and an incident that Smashfags gleefully latched onto as ammo against actual Waluigi fags. Also, I was more referring to the fact that Waluigi is usually depicted as a loser underdog and that's what ironically makes him so popular to people.

What the fuck "bad publicity" does Geno have? What the hell does that even mean?

The fact that he's an old and forgotten character imprisoned in the Alcatraz that is Square's ownership who gained a surge in popularity in early Smash speculation and the resulting backlash the character and his fans have received only making him even more talked about.

what's your favorite franchise and how long has it been

What does Jesus have to do with your post?

Spyro Reignited sold a quadrillion units or something insane like that.

what's your favorite franchise and how long has it been

None. i don't care about "franchises", I'm not a corporate suit.

Crash was never good, it was always second-rate Donkey Kong Country.

crash > dkc and 64

Now compare Crash 4 and Odyssey.

just post the porn

Hmm yet I care about sexing the ninafag and cocos cocos.

They had a good thing going with nitro fueled and those retards fucked it up. Let the series die.
The good thing is that toys for goy also died.

No. Let it die with some pride, I don't want anyone to ruin it

limited release with no price drop on one platform and just roms caused a controversy on release

still available on all platforms with heavy discounts was a remake for a series that had been dead for so long that nostalgia kicked in hard

The series died in like 2001

So, after years of the "Sonic was never good" spam being effective, no life tendies have decided to target Crash now?

It's pathetic.

Coco wouldn't dare call me a genetic dead-end when her only moral choice for securing her bloodline is Crunch (who might as well be the mutant experiment equivalent of a cousin).

Crash died during the ps1 era

Crash 4 was so bad it killed all good will from the remakes
Fuck furniggers and fuck toys for bob.

Crash was a graphics whore game.
Basically something not much better than gremilins 2 on the NES, but with a nice coat of graphics that surpassed the stuff on the N64.

Ape escape is the best 3D platformer on the PS1.

That's because it hasn't been made by its original devs in 25+ years.
