That's where you're wrong. The problem is that the entire division is full of retards who can't be trusted with the most basic things. Devs are disorganized, management is utterly incompetent, executives have actual feces for brains. Almost nothing gets done, what is released is mediocre at best and in the rare occasion that a good game is made it's sabotaged by the way the ecosystem itself is set up.
