Probably has a lot to do with the Frostbite engine. DICE were at they're peak when they released it. Battlefront II and BF1 ran amazingly and still look great today.

I believe most non-Unreal Engine titles perform much better on PC than on consoles. Timmy is a total asshole for refusing to fix the stuttering issue in UE because he hates PC gamers, despite the fact that UE titles still stutter on PS5. Snoyggers have the lowest standards, meaning they don't care this stuttering issue.
That has nothing to do with the quality of the game's content. Even if the game ran absolutely perfectly it still wouldn't magically turn the writing or gameplay into something palatable.
