Everything is wrapped in an ugly Unreal Engine ass textures. Some NPCs classic voices and dialog have been changed. Combat and movement/general gameplay feels stiff and wooden. All text and items and names have ugly ass black boxes around them now. Dialog camera has an ugly ass skip border at the bottom permanently. Objects have disgusting and jarring and immersion breaking glow when you hover over them.
