honestly, I think the game looks good, tons of minor graphical issues here and there, as well as the hair models being absolutely gross, but overall, I think the game looks good, even when exploring, I've even had a stable enough time on my rig (handful of crashes aside) and the lighting in cities at night can add surprising ambience

The issue it has is not just that the capped damaged is low, it's that since you can't imbue gauntlets to deal elemental damage you tickle enemies late game. Early game it is OK. In the original you can knock out people with fatigue punches but the remaster just staggers. Just call it qi skills or something and you can do elemental damage with fists and it's all fixed.

The game executable is running both engines at the same time, GameBryo just has its rendering code stripped out and has all data necessary for graphics rendering piped to UE5, then as the game state changes data is passed back to GameBryo to process. Then you just 1:1 replace all textures, models, etc. with new ones for UE5 to call.

The modding scene for this game is probably going to be a lot of fun. I never did play with deadly reflex but heard a lot of praise for it.

In comparison to Skyrim, Oblivion has really good questlines. The dialogue and the characters and the mysteries involved are just so much more interesting. I've played a lot of Morrowind and Skyrim, I'm kinda realizing that Oblivion might actually be the best of the three games

Go to the stables directly wet of skingrad and pick grapes
Fast travel to the east gate of skingrad and walk outside to the farm there and pick tomatoes. Combine them for restore fatigue and you can literally get to level 100 in like an hour.
