Start naming things in general if you want to get a feel for making good names. You don't have to be a dude that refers to all of their shit with names like a goober or even remember them, but names are not nearly as definitive as words and you just need to recognize when you managed to capture some sort of personality with a name you made.
That's just a general tip that helps with just about everything creative. People just get mental blocked when coming up with names because usually you don't think about it ahead of time and they tend to be more or less a permanent online moniker so they don't approach with an experimental headspace.

My most used name came from me making random parody names playing Jackbox continuously making my name even more vague and nonsensical as to what I was parodying that it just ended up being a nice completely unique name out of context. Coming up with nonsense and attributing meaning to it later is important to the naming process because names don't inherently mean anything unless you intentionally choose something pre-established. Even just moving letters around to create a new sequence is enough, especially if you're creating random bullshit that gets close to the vague feeling you want then just modifying it slightly to sound like a real name
