I don't think it helps if you get the bad hair loss, that shit just helps you fill in spots where it's thinning. For some, there is no treatment that would do enough. You just have to shave it

As someone who's also bald by choice what I think carries me is my physique. I naturally have a giant chest and wide shoulders and now (when I was in my late teens I used to be fat and some guys had nicknamed me Turtle because my body seemed giant with my head popping out of it like a turtle's would) now that I'm in shape I look well proportioned, thick where I should be and thin where I should be.
