The habanero is clearly the better one, hotter, smokier, goes better in most sauces I made and just has more depth to it.

He said on the internet that Billy was responsible for someone's suicide. Billy presses charges for slander/defamation whatever. Karl's claim was demonstrably false. Karl then focuses on cheating allegations to claim that Billy's reputation wasn't damaged by his claims. Did he really go in front of a court and claimed that he can say a man offed himself because of Billy with no proof and this wouldn't damage Billy's reputation because he may have cheated at Donkey Kong 30 years ago?

It is illegal. In Australian bankruptcy law a valid transfer of assets requires no beneficial interest. Transferring money to his wife that he's still married to and can pool from, or a property that he still lives in means he's still a beneficiary.
