I like it, but it's a downgrade from 2. The girls are kinda meh, I'm sure Capcom could have done more interesting females at that time.

It's missing some characters people became accustom to looking at like Guile and Blanka for example.
Most of its just ugly and awful nerfed gameplay other than Ken and Chun Li.
The art style isn't bad its in line with Alpha 3, you had it right with the character roster and could've stopped fucking yourself up there by stopping writing more excuses.

I find that shading them is a good move to stop the sun from heating up the black fabric and just baking all the moisture out too quickly. I just pin old white tees and cloth on the side that faces the sun.

1. It took years before Capcom decided to make SF4 and back then it was still a gamble because of SF3's financial failure.
2. The fact that Capcom brought back the SF2 roster in SF4 and I'm talking about the 1st release not USF4 like most retards here in Anon Babble think of.
I bet newfags here don't even know that SF3 costs twice the tokens to play compared to other games back then. That's another reason why people played MVC and Tekken instead of SF3 because CPS2 was expensive and the arcade owners needed to recoup their investment.

The system mechanics would need to be changed to support more archetypes. Parry as it exists in 3s just doesnt allow for much variety but I dont think that makes it a bad game.

The characters looked way out of place for a 'Street Fighter', that is excluding Ken, Ryu, Akuma and Chun.
People love it now, my main issue with the game is that every top 8 it's always Ken, Yun, Chun and the occasional Urien.

Yun and Yang have never felt believable to me. They both look like 120LB soaking wet little asian guys with no weight behind their moves at all. Dude could try shoulder tackling me and he'd just bounce right off.
