Weapon variety. I like using default weapons in games like Ninja Gaiden and MGR, but the lack of variety hurts when having to do repeat playthroughs. Since he sword transforms while putting it away, might as well let it fold into different weapon forms. Scythe, axe, twinsword, etc.

I'd also like improvement on the shooting. You currently have to stop and aim. Would be better if you could just combo in shots mid-combos for more fluid combat.

More friendly androids that perhaps join the cause to get up to Mother Sphere.
In the end i actually want Mother Sphere not to be the big evil in the first place but rather admit she made a mistake antagonizing humanity in the quest to prepare earth for an actual alien invasion.
This opens the game up to have more cool monsters.

Weapon variety, multiple playable characters would be cool. Some more variety in the areas design.
Get the same composers back, same monster designer. Perhaps a slightly more varied moveset or special moves that can be combos into each other.
And maybe some more sidequests with a more varied tone. I know this is not necessarily a happy vibe game and it doesn't need to be at all, but having 50 quests and 48 of them resulting in "yeah sorry, everyone is dead as fuck" got a little bit stale after a while.

There's a boss rush mode, the camera function, the Summer and Winter holiday events, and the Nier Scavenger Hunt. There's a new boss as well but that's new to everybody.

The 2 expansions are just the Nier and Nikke DLC. Nier is some can scavenger hunts for currency to buy cosmetics. Nikke will have some kind of minigame and new boss on top of the cosmetics.

Almost no modders will be able to make better outfits then the in game ones because of how high fidelity the actual in game ones are, they aren't cheap shitty pallet swaps like most outfits/skins in games, the fabric and stocking modeling alone has a retarded amount of polygons.

I think some modders are talented enough to do it but yeah most mods will probably be worse then the in game outfits.

I think the modded outfits will either be modifications of the existing ones or really simple ones like underwear or something. It's gonna be some time until we see modded outfits on the same level as pic related.
