It's gonna be like the RX 7600 and clock itself retarded. I had to basically disable the boost on my RX 7600 because in Clair Obscur it would boost up by ~350 MHz over base clocks and in some scene transitions the hot spot temp would quickly jump from the boost limit temperature of 90C to something like 96, clock down and then up again but for no real benefit. It drops frames by nearly the same amount in these situations.
32 CUs is simply not enough to bounce around work while boosting to unsustainable clock speeds.
