You can transfer your full install to another drive. I did this with my 1,000+ modlist install like... three weeks ago.

You can add and remove mods and it saves the entire list as it's own thing, and it uses it's own instance of Mod organizer so you can have multiple different versions of modded skyrim without them breaking each other.

Shame there's no way to import your character like in Kenshi. Proteus can kinda achieve it (even if it's jank) by saving your stats, spells, perks, inventory etc and allows you to switch to that character on a new game but doesn't keep all your quest progress. Would be nice as a way to counter highly unstable playthroughs or uninstalling certain mods you know will cause issues doing so but don't have a recent safe save to fall back to.
