i thought this thing was just a blu-ray and netflix machine that could watch the last of us 3 years early?

for me it's FF16, but now i have it on PC and my ps5 is useless

Very excited. I knew the PS5 wouldn't have enough games to justify buying, so I decided to skip it for PS6.

People called me crazy and that I'd be waiting forever. In the end, these 5 years flew by and I had over 5 years of backlog switch/ps4 games anyways. What a piece of shit console. Even if PS6 isn't backwards compatible, there's only like 3 games that I'd regret not playing

It's four and a half years old. Still though, the game industry has been fucking embarrassing this gen that I've been playing older titles primarily, which is fine given my 1060 can't even handle modern slop that barely looks better than the old slop that the 1060 had zero issues managing.

It's not even a real netflix machine because it can't output dolby vision which is the standard mastering format for all netflix shows. You get the inferior basic hdr10. Even a fucking amazon fire stick or xbox one s from a decade ago has dolby vision.

GTA 6. Sure it's on Xbox but who's gonna get one after the price increase and it'll be on PC later but same is true for every Sony game.

Console games don't matter. All games are obviously developed on pc so they'll get ported or emulated sooner or later with some exceptions due to Jew behaviour (Bloodborne)

My most played game, I have like 200hr (1 campaign, 1 DLC). Grinding for the best gear just like the old times.

I don't think it's defining, but R-Type Final 3 is the best exclusive I played on the system.

Talledega Nights remains undefeated. Not sure what else it has, except the Bing Bing Wahoo: Snoy Edition but that's a 3 hour game.
