It is a crack ship, but I like it. They both share interests in baking, and it's easy to imagine Muffet as the more outgoing type and Toriel as the more reserved type in an easy opposites attract ship. They both have a strong dominant angles that could really shine when used on each other too, either Toriel being able to dicipline and tame Muffet, or muffet getting the upper hand on her and getting the spoiled brat treatment. That's just one option, and if they ever met, it's just as likely they'd hate each other for the same reasons.

Catty doesn't get enough lines for me to seriously consider her for any ships, at least not yet.

If you only care about sex, both muffet and Tasque are wild cards that could be hot when paired with almost anyone. I wish I could find a solid romantic pairing for tasque, but she is just an enemy.
