Super Earth tileset was mostly ass, but it will probably be reused in a later event and no event specific items have been added to the game
The only thing you REALLY missed out on is Killzone stuff which will probably be back in December

I dunno how it is now but it used to basically just shut down the bots ability to fight you. You could just drop smoke and walk away from most encounters and it lasted a while and recharged fast.

that was true at launch but the random drops were nerfed almost a year ago

Tuned primarily for light/medium hordes with some measures against heavy targets but works on all factions by clearing chaff. Which any time I've ever played with randos, is the main reason people die and not the bigguns. So I just made a build centered around keeping them in check.

I wish they would just let me change the color of it or let me add doodads to itlike the steeled veteran set does. I really like the default sets but their stats are not useful and their armours color doesnt match anything else. I just want to wear the default helmet but in greed at least.

Give it another Swedish year and you'll be able to change the color. This was leaked before the weapon customization was added, and the piss yellow armor was called "Venus" which aligns with the same color on the new weapon skins.

How does that work? Do you have a dummy program the emulates a fake kernal for the anticheat to look at or what? Everything I've seen/heard about the subject states that you can't play Kernal anticheat games on Linux because it can't access what it wants, so it doesn't launch the game.

Great, thats all I want. If they expand on this and just have varaints of the basic sets Ill be happy. I want to see more people wearing these sets than not, give players a reason to use them again by just adding versions with more tacticool nonsense on them like bandoliers and ammo belts. Play exclusively on Super Helldive and full clear the maps for around ~2.2k exp a pop. I've got just shy of 500hrs of playtime and I'm level 145

I forsee a future that has added the APC, and when I pull up, like 10 guys get out, and none of them were HD, they all get shredded immediately, and I drive through an explosion and flip the truck before making a final stand against 3 hulks.

Seriously, will we get SEAF again? They added a lot to the game for me, kindof like the grunts do in Halo or EDF.

I remember when dataminers and such found the tactics stuff for the SEAF marines in the files, and everyone assumed it was a stratagem call in, and then two years later it's super earth.

It would be cool for future Major Orders would have them around. Make it feel more like a real military push, rather than it just being the helldivers.
I still think on missions that are deep in territory though, SEAF shouldn't be around.

I propose, instead of the DSS calling in airstrike which fucking decimate your own team, wherever the DSS is SEAF is on the ground there. So if there is an area that actually needs help, there is actual boots on the ground help.

They should always be present during defensive missions. SEAF's main role should be to hold the line until the helldivers arrive.

It's a medium killer that can punch up with overcharge and time while not needing a backpack slot. It's best on bots since it can deal with most units but can annihilate rocket striders, devastators, and hulks. It struggles with the swarms of bugs and squids not giving you the time to deal with the heavier units.

Something I noticed during and after Super-Earth invasion, is that more people stick around until the operation is done, as opposed to abandon after the first mission because they wanted a quick play.
