As a reminder for all the retards who haven't actually played the game and/or are trying to create a false equivalency in her quest, Venus doesn't actually tell you to kill the mob boss. She tells you to convince him to stop coming after her. You can finish the quest by forcing him to back down, whether through high points in Persuasion or by using a Discipline that forces people to listen to you. She's not asking you to do something that would normally put your Humanity on the line: you're doing that yourself by taking the ungaa bungaa route of killing everyone.
