Tried both 3 and 4 recently for the first time. I played both games for a few hours and then dropped them. Didn't feel a single ounce of tension at any point.

But there are like 16 different difficulties to choose from.

What if we took this bleak, gritty setting and turned it into fucking Power Rangers? What if we took your distant, vague God-like entities and humanized them like shitty versions of Greek Gods? What if we took a straightforward conflict between good and evil and added moral ambiguity because fuck it?

So this is one of the scams. They try to sell competitive atmospheres. But, for the average user of the product, his perception of it is totally stupid. Which is why it’s sold that way, because people are stupid as hell and not very good at anything requiring mechanical skill. Im not even sure what you “no content” or “game was easy” people are trying to say. Youre likely speaking to a voice in your mind that is confirming your belief about what gaming is. it's just pure incompetence at this point. The diablo 4 teams lacks talented and passionate developers, it's just corporate profit driven slop.
The seasons are all borrowed power copypastes, they do nothing to build upon the game season over season and just exist to sell you a battlepass.
I quit after vessel of hatred, such a fucking letdown and I can't believe they had the guts to sell that as a full priced expansion. Especially when the only thing people praise about D4 is the narrative, and all VoH did was set up the next expansion

What world are you living in? Seasonal content is literally the only draw.

Base story was pretty good though. Wouldnt replay it ever again or do the side quests, but i had fun with it the first time except the side quests, whoever made them can go fuck himself

I enjoyed Demon Mommy, but the story was abysmal (and I'm one of the most loyal D4fags here).

a lot of them are hidden

no log to see which ones you completed so you can track down the ones left easier

This game was made by a billion dollar company and these retards cant even put in basic features

the story took a huge nosedive after the stuff that was available in the open beta
