Dante's scanned model for 5 was only a few years older than DMC1 Dante so if you want to take that into account you can say he physically hasn't really aged much beyond that point. Like the other anon said he also looks a lot younger when he's clean shaven.

In canon it's stated he and Vergil can stay ageless in their demon forms but choose not to so as to stay human.
...though why Vergil looks older when he was basically dead for like 10 years is a mystery.
