The Studio reformed Under KRAFTON and got their rights to Hi-Fi Rush back.

I thought Hi-Fi Rush fucking sucked. I like both rhythm games and stylish action games and this one was shit at being either. It's a game for people midlly interested in both styles but if you actually put time into either you won't be satisfied by this shallow ass garbage.

In what way the only issues with the game were.
-Light attacks land a whole beat after you're input rather than the beat you press the input on, creating a disconnect.
-strikers with cooldown timers (striker summons are trash and so are cooldown timers)
-strikers are forced by the score system
-Enemy mini-games are not voluntarily triggered by the player, instead the enemy will cast 2 shockwaves to try to force you into it. they are invincible during this time.
-No taunt
-Not enough special moves, like stinger and high time, mostly just combo strings.
-Game has too much casualised helper UI polluting the screen. the beat attack QTE can never be turned off.

They honestly beleived the gaming press, forbes, their own localizers, and the professional consulting groups.

I've seen some people only hate it because one of the characters looks like a FTM(?) tranny despite the fact she's one of the villains in this game. At least she's a boss so you can beat the shit out of her so this game is based in my books.
