In certain establishments you can't draw your weapon. I remember that particularly in GTA 5 at the Unicorn Club.
GTA didn't, but during the feminist mission in RDR2 your controls are disabled, both during the mission and after while the mission is over, until the parade is out of range.

I noticed right away in GTA5 that the level of gore was toned down significantly. You can't blow people's heads off anymore and I imagine it'll be even more tame here. It seems unrealistic but I fully expect them to not let you kill random peds anymore. We're just in a different world now.
