Both of these are only treatments, not cures. So you have to take them for life, but it's not that expensive. Fin is like 30 dollars every 3 months. Min is like the same price.
BUT what you really need to do is go to a dermatologist and figure out what you have because it really may just be stress related. And also get a blood test. Lots of vitamin deficiencies cause hair loss.
