LoL is a terrible game because you can go 50/0/50 and somehow still lose because 1 or 2 retards on your team intentionally threw/trolled/left/fed.

This even happens at the absolute highest levels where challengers in SK intentionally throws with/against pros.

I didn't, I just stopped playing ranked, or summoner's rift in general, because the dopamine:frustration ratio made it a horrible investment of time. Divorced from imaginary progression trackers, League became something I played maybe a couple hours a week instead of a daily ritual. ARAMs or test game modes are a lot more fun, especially when your game performance is not tied to your ego. I still enjoy winning and playing well, but it's with the knowledge that I can simply stop if I'm not having fun and not feel like I'm "falling behind" for taking a break.

Helps also that League has gotten so stale and boring over the years. Riot can't ever commit to any new ideas. They try something then abandon it after a couple weeks and go back to the same old thing, and figure out how to "streamline" the same old thing more and make it even less interesting.

Just doesn't work well with me, I obsess over the games.

At the end of Season 3 like 11 years ago I played the game for a full 24 hour period trying to get diamond rank on the last day. I went 2/3 on my promotions like 5 different times during then, with people throwing games and trolling on both sides, more often mine, to an obscene degree just to prevent people like myself from climbing any ranks at the very end. I got so frustrated with it that after I passed out from exhaustion I just never booted the game up again. It also permanently cured my compfagitis and resulted in me playing PvP games in general less and less.

Rito specializes in introducing more interesting ways to play their game, not maintain or promote them and then drop them because not enough people are playing.

I stopped when they added that tentacle maori woman. I was just bored and that hyperspeed gamemode ruined the game for me. Saying that, it was lucky i quit because i would've 1000% been banned in the current ecosystem

Because it's a team game which isn't fun to play with random people. It wasn't a bad game design but it's only really fun if you play with full premade teams.
