I started playing Rogue Trader recently and I'm so fucking pissed off. Not only did they take away the voice acting after the tutorial, suddenly every single conversation is three times longer and wordier, I don't mind reading but it's so much fluff compared to the previous dialogue.

The game itself falls apart during and definitely post Act 3 though, so I'd say that's a larger issue with the game itself rather than just Argenta, though she did get hit hard with the grand finale of her companion quest which was obviously supposed to be a dungeon being cut so completely you don't even get a book segment out of it. Hopefully Owlcat has FINALLY learned from their mistakes in their past three games and this will be a much tighter game, what with them saying they've shortened the length of the game, so maybe for once the end game of their product won't be absolute trash.

Sisters Of Battle are inherently fun and cool so it doesn't matter if they're generic. Argenta definitely could've used more work but I suspect GW had mandates in place far beyond the no romance spiel, look at Commoragh, she's practically the only person who you can take there that walks out unscathed. It would also explain why there's no option to even attempt to corrupt her on the Heretic path.
