OKAY Anon Babble I AM PERSONALLY GOING WITH B
TLOZ NES DISCUSSION
emulation
you didn't even play the game let alone beat it
None of them have beaten the game, these sluts deserve rape correction.
Why are you a pedophile?
I beat it on ZQuest because I like having buttons to quickly scroll through items without needing to pause the game, makes the combat more fluid and fun
C is the sexiest but did not beat the game. Both A and B did beat the game
Anything less than playing it alone with no help on a CRT in the 80s is not beating it.
Imagine you are a virgin
If someone grabbed you by the waist
Doped you with viagra
and forced your erect penis to rape Child D
Would you have lost your virginity?
Same shit, if you played the game from start to finish, you beat the game.
Child C because cunny
I beat all kinds of SNES and PS1 games back in the day with no walkthroughs or hints, but when I play them today, I just emulate them and use save states.
There's more things to a game to appreciate than just the gameplay itself, they can like the art, the music, the story and characters, and it's more than fine to appreciate those things at your own pace.
B for beat, B for based!
I played it on a real FDS drawing maps on graph paper until I realized the game was far simpler than it seemed (though I still had to take notes for Metroid) but unfortunately I knew quite a lot about the game by osmosis so I didn't really beat it blind.
but B is for Butt...
no good question comes without a fourth option
isnt wild how adding a letter next to child make it erotic
Please don't post photos of me without my permission
I <3 RATT
I don't get it.
He is literally me... I... I... Thank you.
You only forgot the "Uoh!" t-shirt that I use.
A da best
shota in need of correction
I emulated the Japanese FDS version, used a 100% walkthrough, and played with save states up through the end of second quest. I might do it again just to memorize everything and git gud at combat.
If after all that, I buy an actual FC+FDS with in-box Zelda and play it on a Japanese CRT from the 80s and do a 100% run all the way through second quest without consulting the internet from the point I start playing, have I "beat the game"?
an magazines
damn brats cant even beat game without savestates, need to get good!
I refuse to use save states on emulators. I want to be able to play the game as closely as I can to how it released in terms of "accessibility" or whatever the fuck you'd call it. If the Jap who programmed the game didn't add in any save function, I don't use one, people who do so deserve to have basic human rights stripped away from them.
A beat the game
B beat the game
C didn't beat the game
What if you wanted to get really really good at the game, like respawning yourself in the room with all the Darknuts and beating them all with the weakest weapon while taking zero damage? Wouldn't it be better to keep using a save state to practice the hardest material over and over and over again until you're perfect at it?
Nobody did this. This game was designed to sell issues of Nintendo Power.
That's fundamentally different, like using hard mode AR codes.
Only A. Hints and talking to real people is fine. Using anything to mechanically alter the function of gameplay or capabilities is cheating.
Yeah that's different than just doing a legitimate playthrough, doing some kind of challenges for yourself is different but if I want to tell someone "I beat this game" then I can't use save states, like as much as I would've loved them for Ninja Gaiden 1, it goes against my principles and I powered through it.
Im not a pedophile man-children to like tranime, let alone a fucking nintendo game
That's different too, because you're creating scenarios that weren't in the original game, you might as well play a ROM hack at that point. With save states, you're still playing the original game, but if you were to struggle on a highly precise jump or incredibly difficult combat, you could remove the penalty of having to go through the entire game again to do another attempt. Imagine if an athlete had to drive all the way back to gym or sports ground after every attempt at a record. This just removes the filler that isn't spent improving.
Of course the main goal is to be able to get skilled enough that you can do high level play consistently. Much like how practice is different to an actual competition, save states are different to actually beating the game, but serve as an invaluable tool at improving quickly compared to if you only ever trained through competition.
A >> C >>>> B
Having the knowledge can be unfulfilling and detract from the experience, but it's not actively tampering with the mechanics of the game
I always try to go guideless but old games were designed for them
old games had a ton of trial and error and a ton expected you to take notes or even use graph paper to make maps at times.
depending on the game i would recommend using guides to avoid needing to do all that external busywork as long as it don't outright spoil everything.
haha this guy thinks about child D what a fag
D beat the game
A and B beat it. Finding the secrets yourself and stumbling through the world IS the game.
C using a walkthrough to find the secrets spoils the intended experience.
B avoiding grinding through savestates is is circumventing part of the origin experience. But it's not on the same level as C using a walkthrough
B avoids a small part of the experience. C avoids almost all of the intended experience. A is honest and how the devs intended the game to be played.
How is C spoiling everything with a guide, actively tampering with the game design, somehow BETTER retard?
Tloz nes isn't very good, so playing with a guide makes sense. You will get frustrated and bored very quickly otherwise
People like player B don't exist btw. You will get stuck without any hints
Sauce?
Why do you care?
Sex with Child C while A and B watch
B is best.
I'd draw her, but my soup is almost ready.
