Are there any good mods for Cyberpunk that make Night City and the game world more interactive and immersive?

From what I've seen, there are some decent mods for that here and there, but don't expect anything on Skyrim's level for 2 reasons:
1. There are no official modding tools for the game.
2. The modding scene isn't that big and established for this game.

Cybershills have to have the second worst case of sunk cost fallacy outside of Star Citizen fags. The game is nothing like what was promised and clocks in at Avowed level as a game. It is not and never will be great, merely good.

I don't hate Cyberpunk, but I do think it's very overrated. Now, that's not the game's fault, it's just the masses having very low standards and being wowed by just having decent production values. If I had to give it a score, it would be a solid 7/10 for me. A good game, but nothing more.

My biggest issue with Cyberpunk is that the game hangs in this weird limbo where it can't be a real RPG, because that might scare off the masses, and because of that it's this RPG-lite abomination. Because of that it can't be a full on action game either. The worst offender of this is nu-God of War.

And Rockstar is starting to come dangerously close to that as well with all the useless side hassle in RDR2. I better not see GTA 6 with like a fucking skill tree and a backpack system. I think I heard rumors of that going around.

I prefer the setting and aesthetic of RDR2 but I just can't bring myself to play it. Every quest feels like I'm crossing off a chore on my chore list.

I thoroughly enjoyed cyberpunk and have done a few playthroughs. I never got past the part where Arthur catches tuberculosis, just that in theory RDR2 is better.

RDR2 has some of the most bog standard, simple, and boring third person shooting gameplay that the world has ever seen. It does not have better gameplay.
