The point of women's leagues is to get women involved in the sport/esport. If you only have one league they just won't play because they can't compete in it.

I'm not aware of any esport that has a men-only section. It's just the open section(dominated by men) and the women's section.

Nature and nurture are both important, though nature is more so. Having the capacity for higher intelligence doesn't mean much when you never exercise your brain.

Performance in school these days is mostly down to teacher bias. Especially because not passing kids is a taboo in the West. It used to be in the past that your teacher would beat you for not paying attention and you were expected to perform at grade level or you'd be failed and have to repeat a year. This is why you'll find old footage of interviews from the 1st half of the 20th century and notice the eloquence and intelligence of everyday folk. They were all educated by stern older men who would inflict corporal punishment if you didn't meet standards, but they were fair and didn't lower their standards due to bias. Now education staff is 80% female and they dramatically prefer female students to male students since they don't know how to handle male students. They aren't capable of disciplining boys to whip them into shape like they need to be.

We are failing our young boys by biasing education against them, and it's not helping women any either since their high grades don't translate to success in the real world.

Sports aren't segregated, technically. The major sports leagues aren't male and female, they're unisex and female. Women just cannot compete with men in the unisex leagues.

Even if we put aside a degree of nature/nurture shit which was not controlled for in some of those situations, gaming is not solely an issue of reaction time or spacial reasoning in one dimension, even at high levels of play. Even just shit like high APM reactions means nothing if you don't have the accuracy when clicking, the muscle memory , and the ability to enact short, medium, and long term planning in competitive RTSes, often all at the same time for example.

In essence, nothing can be drilled down this way into simply being more suited to men or women at high level play. Its not as simple as something like having a bone structure and muscle density that at high level play, gives one a 90% advantage over the other
