I don't get why GW and Owlcat don't cash in on this it would sell millions, it would be ultimate wish fulfillment for the 40K fanbase, but I guess they really don't want to do it. It sucks, but it's reality, the Love Can Bloom dream is dead. I doubt we'll get similar 40K RPGs by any other company. Owlcat will either move on from 40K or do marine only DeathWatch/Black Crusade and if they do Guard Only War CRPG I doubt that will feature Eldar. Idk what Imperium Maledictum is about.

There is zero way to resolve her biggest issue of somehow needing to betray you to the Dark Eldar. Any RT that is Icono enough to keep her around is also going to make a good faith effort to rescue her kin, but because Owlcat is retarded and lazy, all of these need to not work out, with the biggest slap in the face being the time you actually do make it in time, convince the Eldar to come aboard, and then somehow you just let a bunch of lower deck scum riot and kill them. This is then compounded by the absolute retarded decision made by her writer to have her trust Marzipan after he's made multiple attempts on your, and her, life and sell you out. The only reason that Yrliet is ever allowed to live after that is because players are too scared to miss out on content to actually execute her for such blatant treachery and stupidity, largely because they didn't do a good job of selling the true horror of being a plaything of the Dark Eldar, and even if you don't do it, your companions certainly should beat her to death themselves.

Fixing her entire arc starts with completely changing her involvement in Act 3 before you can even dream about touching her romance to start to fix that shit.
