I initially installed it on my HDD because I had no space on the SSD but I uninstalled a bunch of junk and moved it, and it does run better, but not by a whole lot. Loading is much faster of course.

No reshade is going to conclusively fix the visual problems the game has, you need to go in alter the fog and color values on a case by case basis in engine. You also probably need to replace the awful default asset store foliage as well.
Problem is that simple reshades blue up everything, including oblivion, including blue dungeons.
It's not THAT hard to make vanilla TES games look better but funnily enough this one would take the most work. All of the assets are fucked up pretty much.

Happy, of course. I already didn't wanna Skyblivion to be a 1:1 replica of Oblivion with better graphics. And now that the remaster released, and it's almost exactly that, I hope Skyblivion team puts even more effort to make the game even more different from the original
Skyblivion is looking pretty good right about now since the demaster looks and runs like shit. The Skyrim engine runs well and has some soul intact so it will be the better way to play oblivion. Personally I don't really care about it i'd rather just play the OG games.

I couldn't break 40 staring in a corner in the smallest interior I could find with the absolute lowest settings, lowest possible resolution to the point where a n64 looked better, and maximum upscaling on a 9070xt.
You're just reading the recommended specs, and making shit up. Post your benchmarking, people are getting 40 with 6 lows on a fucking 5090.
No, he's just using DLSS, which means the actual rendering resolution is tiny and then blown up with trash upscaling. You can get any toaster to run games at high FPS with enough DLSS, but it will look like utter shit.
