While not made specifically for games, it can emulate a lot of old consoles, up to about the Dreamcast.
OP's pic is just the case, but you can buy a kit with the Raspberry Pi 4 and all that's necessary, costs about 100 dollars.

Hell no, MiSTer has easily the best Saturn emulator in general and native 240p output. It completely shits on software emulation in everyway, especially on something weak like a Pi.

Emulation combined with monitors and tv is to much lag and input latency especially for platformer games which like 90% of retro games are, I have a everdrive and a re capped sega genesis instead, and yea its expensive but whatever. Atleast my kids will have a epic childhood without all this modern pozzed shit

I do, been using it for years as a torrent machine and sftp box that I can access everywhere.
