I want to preorder but they literally won't let me because I don't play multiplayer and therefore never signed up for their retarded online service, let alone for over a year or two - outside of using a friend's family plan for a few months to play smash, which apparently doesn't count.

It doesn't surprise me that pre-orders are low when they restrict them exclusively to people who bought into their scam. The majority of their big ticket games are single player, Nintendo consoles probably have the highest percentage of single player only owners out of the entire console market. There isn't going to be a title on the switch 2 that I want until MAYBE Kirby Air Riders which I am only like 50/50 on. Everything else doesn't look great. The Bloodborne ripoff looks gay as shit, and like a fortniteified From Software game. I say that as a guy with Bloodborne in my top 5 games of all time list. I considered Daemon Ex Machina Titanic Scion to be a system seller but, as soon as I found out it would be ported to PC again I have zero interest in buying it on the Switch 2.
