Was this the worst thing Telltale ever put out?

Was this the worst thing Telltale ever put out?

I've heard literally nothing about their GotG or Expanse games. I think there was a Star Trek one too.
Also a Walking Dead season might be worse.

Yes, this is easily the worst telltale game

For sure.

Imagine if they had the balls to actually let you kill Ramsay

glass him

game about choices in established IP

let's you completely go off rails

would be cool

Genocide run, where you make the Forrester family members kill off the main cast with poison/stabbing etc.

Results in complete chaos and bizarre butterfly effects

GOD I want to fucking sack kings landing and take margaery and cersei as my prisoners and force them to pleasure each other in front of me while I drink wine FUCK (I rape them afterwards)

This is very likely the only adaptation of Bone we're ever going to get and it's complete shit.
Strong Bad's Cool Game For Attractive People will always be the peak of Telltale.

the only truly good thing i remember from this game was one character literally has to die in order to get their "good" ending. the ending in which they live was not a favorable situation. it fully played into the "protect yourself or protect your house" thing the game was going for.

ironically its biggest selling point at the time, its attachment to the show, is the poison which will keep this game dead and buried

no way, their last walking dead season is worse
i wish it wasn't about north wankery thouhh

It would be cool as hell but it'll probably never happen. I'm sure the studios have sorts of rules about muh canon and keeping up characters reputations.

Rodrik was fucking goated

I thought it was stupid. She can still do stuff.

Would be better. GRRM pretty much admits he'll never finish the books. He'd rather do anything else than do the books people want to see the conclusion to.

boneville? thats where i took your mom out to last night

walking dead season 3

I played all of their games and GoT is the only one I can’t remember a single thing about. so yes, it has to be their worst game

I had sex with her, unironically

No one talks about the Jurassic Park game.

So did any of the Telltale Games have actual consequences that majorly effected the game and the ones that came after? Or was it all (character isn't in the background anymore) or (you didn't kill them but they died from something else)?

There’s a Jurassic Park telltale game?

The ONLY case I can think of is the second season of the Batman game, where the choice you make at the end of episode 4 dictates pretty much the entirety of episode 5.

The girl in the gif?

See?

yeah and I had sex with your mother

Their Batman games was full of hard choices because it was basically or you try act friendly with people clearly in the wrong and ruin your life or you act like a dick and they ruin your life nevertheless.

No, that was the only choice across all the episodes. Nothing else changes anything.

I enjoyed it but don't blame anyone for forgetting it.

The Expanse one was rough, pretty sure they blew the entire budget on the license.

I'm talking about the vibe of the game. There's always two choices and they all lead to suffering anyway. Bruce had a hard life.

I don't think of their games were actually BAD, but GoT and GotG were the most uninspired ones more limited by source material than taking advantage of it. TftB was the biggest surprises because most people had zero hopes for it only for it to turn into one of the better games.

That was such a great game but everyone had already checked on the Telltale formula.

Tales from Monkey Island was a better game and more memorable than the latest one by Ron Gilbert.

The telltale Game of Thrones would have been really good if they let you do what you want and instead of working on 10 different flops at the same time they just put all the effort into making the Game of Thrones game.
The big flaw of the game was that none of your choices matter and the game can't move on from the show's canon.
If they let you do whatever you want and then just put in work to make different routes.
The cope devs always use is that different routes are hard to make and they essentially have to make 2 or 3 or 4 different stories that only a certain % of players will see. But telltale had no problems with working on many games at the same time. Just fucking keep the game in the oven for longer. They could have worked more on the game and made something special. There is a reason why no one cares about any of the telltale games anymore but Detroit Become Human is still played today. With Detroit they went all out letting you do whatever you want and there are routes that only 1% of players see.

Majority of players would have chosen to kill Ramsay which would make show watchers flock to the game where they can get rid of this guy.

Back to the Future was such soul, even though it was early TT jank before their Walking Dead series picked up steam and popularity.
It's rough to look at now, but man. I loved the BttF movies as a kid and it was like a whole sequel to me.

Joker and Batman being BFFs was a weird dynamic, I liked it,

I genuinely loved their rendition of the Joker.

No that's always going to be Walking Dead Season 2, but it's a close second.

It is a great one, a very faithful and fun original story.

Probably. I thought the Jurassic Park one was a little better, but i remember i didn't even finish this. I'm sure there's later ones that i haven't played that could be worse, but this was the one where i thought they'd jumped the shark.

h-here i go...

yes.

Did they ever made a good game?
It's all just gay VNs

And you are still browsing Anon Babble instead of raising a family of goth daughterwives? You fucking retard, you useless buffoon, you failure of a man.

Are the rumors true?

Rhys goes back to being a pussy and a corporate stooge

Rhys and Vaughn stop being friends

Sasha and Fiona nowhere to be found

Man, Gearbox was pissed that Telltale made the best Borderlands game

It just didn't gel for me.
Think there was too much Joker baggage from other media.

I didn't like it either. It came off as aimless pandering.

tales (ONE) was a great game

Puzzle Agent

A man of taste.

I want to fuck the Trill girl in the Star Trek Resurgence game (which was made by former Telltale devs)
One thing I really liked about the Batman games was that since you were playing two identities you got to dictate how each of them were perceived, so you could be a nice guy on both or an asshole as one but nice as the other, and occasionally you had to deal with the fallout of one identity affecting the other in ways you could mix up
I don't think they really utilised it as well as they could have, but it's a fun idea and I'd like to see more games of this style do stuff like that
You do control two characters in Resurgence but they're about as far apart from each other as they can get, consequences wise

I want to fuck the Trill girl

t. Bashir

i don't really know anything about puzzle agent besides that it has a random jumpscare i think

Actually the Trill girl is an anti-Dax, she wants nothing to do with any of it
Though I guess she suffers so much she may as well be O'Brien, so it does come back around again to me being Bashir

I also loved that they used the movie OST in that magical video game way, that blends the familiar while giving the right ambience to every scene, kinda like the iMUSE system from LucasArts games. Meanwhile, Zen Studios made a BTTF pinball and couldn't even afford the OST.

It's based on Game of Thrones, so I'm willing to say yes, absolutely it's the worst thing.

Now that the dust has settled, was it a valid crashout?

I always thought the Jurrasic Park one was over-hated. Great death scenes, and scariest main dino villian other than the velociraptors in the first movie. Forgot what they were called but they are pretty much a species of Alien.

GoTG was pretty funny

I don't know, if it's journos or staff on other products asking him and making those sort of suggestions about his health, then yeah but if he's going around reading comments and watching videos and shit it's his own fault.
