That will be $80 for mario kart of the wild

that will be $80 for mario kart of the wild

Nintendo fell off.

poorfag

Do you have anything else to contribute? It's not constructive to just say ''poorfag''.

Strange, I got the game for $50 bundled with my Switch 2.

$80 is a lot

Brokie alert

$80 plus tax. Yeah, it's a lot of money.

do you?

Yeah I do actually.
I'm trans btw.

He boughted digital

Yeah, I do. One can try to defend the price (defend the corporations and companies selling these games) and say that ''$80 isn't a lot to ask'' but the truth is, for many people, $80 (plus tax) and the equivalent of that in other currencies...is a lot of money. Of course, let's not pretend that the companies charging $70 or $80 dollars for the standard edition of a game means that they'll stop offering paid DLC (that could be part of the base game) for those games, no, of course that won't mean that we'll return to the 6th generation and before where DLC didn't exist or it was VERY rare in the case of some Dreamcast and Xbox games.

There's more I could write...but I won't, at least for now.

here's my contribution:

sneed, and feed
feed, and sneed
feed feed feed feed feed feed
sneed sneed sneed sneed sneed sneed and sneed

thank you for your attention

ps: nigger-man

poorfags still coping

It'll still sell like hotcakes because it's the only launch title worth a damn and normies absolutely need shiny new thing on day 1. Nintendo knows what they're doing.

game is expensive enough to filter out poorfags

Based.

I don't sell my physical games

b-but if there's a heckin apocolypse HOW will you play your digital games

I'll manage

And it will sell 10s of millions and be the best Mario kart in years.

What makes it worth $80, Anon Babble?

Why can no one give me a straight answer on this?

no, you got the game for $500.

Suits made some calculations and they aren't earning as much money as they want based on increased development costs

It would be the only mario kart in years.

Because anons want to say "open world" but they've realised how much of a meme that's become over the years.

The Open World gimmick i feel will get boring too quickly

Because they spend 8 years working on it. Ignore that they couldn’t even get it working at a stable 30fps at first and were forced to use low-res textures, they blew 8 years on it so it’s worth the inflated price

brokie copie

Buy the bundle.

You're poor, you have no money. Penniless Wretch

Because GTAVI is going to be over $100 and everyone knows it. The cost of everything is going up and Nintendo is just doing what every other company is doing.

Digital

No thanks, I like to actually OWN my games.

Iv told you before it's the copius amounts of princess costumes

When will the inflationary spiral end?

Then pony up, chud.

fpbp

How does open world racing even work

Too lazy to watch the videos

Also when you compare nu mario kart to old mario kart the roads and turns are way too wide to make it easy for babies. Fucking not fun

OP btfo

the wide range of missions?
the hundreds of remixed music tracks across the series?
the biggest character roster in series history, not even counting the costumes?
the eight year development cycle?

Mario's hat has an M on it

Kojima.png - 1024x1024, 1.3M

No, I got a Switch 2 for $450 and Mario Kart World Tour for $50.

I've put thousands of hours into my Switch and will do the same for my Switch 2, you may now cope.

roster is the worst in this series yet, half of it is literal who grunts AND they don't get costumes.

the missions? I'd rather have a full blown adventure mode- that would be A first for Mario Kart.

the wide range of missions?

DS had a wide range of missions too and yet that didn’t get a bloated price with it. Hell MKW seems to lack the boss battles DS had

the hundreds of remixed music tracks across the series?

Big whoop, every game gets a remix or two. It’s hardly new content and unless its a rhythm game it’s superfluous and doesn’t constitute an $80 price point

the biggest character roster in series history, not even counting the costumes?

Literally half the roster are mooks that were explicitly just reused assets, and the other half is barely any more than Wii’s roster. It’s by far the laziest and not demanding of $80

but costumes

A lot are ported from tour, not everyone gets a full set of new fits, and it’s not hard to slap on some new clothes on a pre-existing model

the eight year development cycle?

Half of that time was spent trying to brute-force a large-scale game onto weak hardware. Sounds more like gross mismanagement than those years than them being put to good use. I shouldn’t have to pay $80 because of incompetence

TL;DR

i will drive around and find the best spots that are best suitable if you were to fuck a princess

just call him paypig

You're greedy, you steal corporations money, once "wasted" hits you, mindless gambling addict.

paypig

You're acting like the MK8 Deluxe base roster wasn't also shit with the Mario and Peach alts, the guest characters and half of the roster being the Koopalings is better

What do you guys want/expect the new Rainbow Road to look like? Saw a YouTube video speculating on it being heaven-like with a stained glass church window aesthetic.

Also when you compare nu mario kart to old mario kart the roads and turns are way too wide to make it easy for babies.

the game isn't supposed to be played like old mario kart because the new core mechanics is jumping which actually makes it really MARIO kart you know the guy who's known for bing bing wahoo

you go fast by jumping on everything like walls, obstacles and even rival racers, not by drifting

I'm nervous about it getting spoiled for me.
I won't have access to a Switch 2 immediately.
