What's your GOTY so far?

I keep track of vidya releases each year like an autist, and I can confidently say I don't care about any of these
Prime 4, Look Outside, Darwin's Paradox and Hibernaculum seem decent, a bit worried about Prime 4 being bland though

Played 33, atomfall and oblivion, and holy shit, oblivion still is one of the best games I'll ever play.
Maybe it is because I grew up playing it, but holy shit it is still my GOAT to this day.

I also "grew up" playing it, as in I played it when I was 13 and thought it was ugly and awkward and went back to morrowind.

The Oblivion remaster was a genuine demake, Doom the dark ages was incredibly gay and not DOOM, Nightreign appears to be truly mediocre. Idk man, seems like kind of a bad year for new games so far. I've mostly been playing old stuff anyway

uhhhh this year i've enjoyed Golden Idol Investigations: The Sins of New Wells and Rise of the Ronin's PC port
i don't even know if there are any games i'm looking forward to, maybe that Mafia prequel

I was disappointed with Oblivion having not played it before the remaster and found it to be exactly what people have warned me about bestheda games: atmosphere simulators with little role playing or interesting combat. The game needs to be good at one or the other for me to love the game.
