Also it's kind of ironic how poorly Irish immigrants were treated in the US, mainly because their plight was basically the same as the original colonies that later became the US only worse. Except that theory of yours basically goes completely out the window since the second the Vox Populi starts gaining control they immediately start chimping out and killing and torturing people indiscriminately, plus they make up the majority of the enemies for the second half of the game.

i just beat this pile of shit today and that ending was fucking idiotic. i don't mind booker/comstock being the same guy from different timelines, that was a decent twist. but trying to convince me that every single universe where he is baptized ends up with him destroying the world and nothing at all can be done about it was absolutely retarded, since elizabeth just spent the previous ten minutes explaining that there are infinite realities out there. also, the entire interaction with cornelius slate early in the game makes no sense since he's pissed that comstock was doing the stolen valor bit about being the hero of wounded knee, but he also knows booker from the battle at wounded knee and even mocks comstock for being a fake while singing booker's praises for being the real deal. this all implies that slate saw booker and comstock both fight at wounded knee, but they're the same person. also, 'booker' didn't become 'comstock' until he was baptised while seeking redemption for his actions at wounded knee. i know there was that 'double memory' thing going on after you hop timelines the first time, but slate didn't hop any timelines so why would he have that affliction? fucking dogshit game compared to the first two. fitting that the only memorable moment was when Elizabeth teleports you to rapture and you see songbird get crushed to death by the pressure
