Morrowind

Let him know how many of his children I killed.

I don't wanna kill these fella's but if they aggressive i smack them to death. i don't use calm creature.

Yare yare daze

morrowind is such a shithole they mine for bugs instead of metal

have you seen chickens in morrowind?
kwama eggs is big business

Wrong, they also mine for at least two different types of magic super-resistant extremely valuable volcanic glass

why do they have spells? its some sort of big bug and yet is shooting lightning at me

Does TR/PT plan to officially make their added races playable or is Plesiosaur's mod just going to be it?

The race/class unlock mod is one of their official reccomendations so i don't think they're planning on doing it themselves any time soon, and honestly there's no need

ebony and glass are like two of the most valuable minerals in existence and they mine that shit a lot

It either just shoots lighting naturally (we know there are other animals in the TES setting like Wamasu who do so) or animals can use magic, which is honestly not that weird since within the context of TES magic is just one of the forces of nature like wind and time

magic spells in TES are sometimes a stand-in for natural abilities some creatures have. like how night eye is a built in spell you can cast as a khajiit but that's obviously supposed to showcase their natural talent of being able to see in the dark since they're cat people. we got shit like the mantis shrimp and the bombardier beetle irl. if we had a bug that grew to the size of bears, i wouldn't be surprised if it could shoot electricity.

dreugh are beastfolk

dunmer kill them and wear their skins

Dunmer truly are savages. The Argonians should have tried harder to finish what the Red Mountain started.

I wonder who could be behind this post....

TASTE LIKE KRAB
TALK LIKE PEOPLE

if you ever go WAY out into the ocean in morrowind you start to find these creepy groups of dreugh spawning in the void. Always wondered what the story was there

screenshot.jpg - 1920x1080, 72.03K

That Tamriel Rebuilt side quest with the cult that kept sacrificing people to the Dreugh and me finding their underwater castle was pretty sick.

it's okay to kill and skin people if they happen to be crabs

This is why no one likes Dunmer.

No Argonian ever tried to snip me with their claws then eat me.

they don't have black souls

not real people

Did black souls exist in Morrowind?

no

no but you couldn't capture the souls of the "sentient" races at all in that game.

welcome to Morrowind, n'wah

These nigs and the queens always scared the shit out of me as a kid

Kwama_Queen.png - 1634x1048, 2.74M

It's called Dark Souls stupid

Falmer don't have black souls and they're a sentient people.
The black/white soul thing is just a weird mess that doesn't make sense.

The imperial man gets eggs from a coop, cuts down trees for ebony and makes glass out of sand. Meanwhile the dunmer mines for all that.

uhhhh that sounds fucking awesome what city / questline? do u remember?

i look like this

It's at the noted shithole turd-town of Aimrah

Aimrah
Doesn't really matter though because he spoiled the reveal.

TES ebony is magic non-brittle obsidian, not hard wood
TES glass that the arnor and weapons are made out of is also magic obsidian, but green and presumably less volcanic in origin

yeah, i know. in morrowind you can also capture the souls of the tribunal with azura's star and they'd obviously be a cut above a typical man in terms of soul quality. souls have always just been handled weirdly. and i was just having some fun when i said "not real people" anyway.

I knew you were just having a laugh.
I just wanted to bitch about how the black soul thing makes no sense and is inconsistent since you brought it up.

what was that worm on their faces about anyway?

Each ash creature is a stage that goes up to the ascended sleeper, it's the start of that big tentacle face that bursts out of them.

yeah but why

Are ash slaves meant to be non-dunmer that were transformed?

Because they have magic dream cancer

Hey Nerevarine watch how hard I can toot

yeah but why a worm tumor

Because that's how it manifests.

So they can play eventually smooth dream jazz from their face holes

Because, in the province of Morrowind, everything is bugs. Their horses are bugs. Their dogs are bugs. Their chickens are bugs. Even their magic cancer manifests as bugs.

Reminds me of this time when I had a surreal and terrifying experience watching a VHS of the special edition of Star Wars: A New Hope with my mom. I believe this was the late 90's (1998?) but I can't give an exact date so I apologize, however I was approximately 11 or 12. Basically we were watching the part of the film where they're in the Death Star. At one point when confronted by stormtroopers, Luke's nose suddenly extended grotesquely into a strange flesh-colored elephant's trunk. It then flailed around making elephant trumpet sounds scaring the stormtroopers off. I vividly remember this, and I was absolutely terrified. My mom was really jarred and confused and trying to calm me down. Leia then says "that's enough Proboscis Luke" and his nose returned to normal. The film also continued on as normal. Every subsequent viewing of our VHS was completely normal, as with every previous viewing. We had already watched the film multiple times prior to the incident so that precludes it being some strange edited copy which would be weird in and of itself.

I sure hope I don't obtain decent light armor

morrowind.jpg - 1200x840, 330.44K

Even their fucking cheese is bugs

Look up this weird copypasta

It's from Reddit

Back you go.

Pull up a seat, pour a glass, tell me of your travels, Anon Babble
I'm just enjoying a nice vacation back to the homeland, soaking in a little civilization
I think I got ripped off a little price wise and the quest didn't handle travel the way it normally does so when I arrived I collapsed on the dock from exhaustion and thirst lol

I found some old man that wanted new armor but the smith wanted to see Stalhrim armor for inspiration in exchange for it.
Also this thing.

skylamp.jpg - 789x907, 189.75K

After my encounter with the Lich and doing his bidding (as a wizard in training it's best to make connections) I made my way to Bal Foyen and solved a few problems on the road involving a crashed cart and a Khajit stripper who really shouldn't have told me about it because now she's going to work in a whorehouse.
I turned up at the mages guild only to be asked for a book which can only be found ALL THE WAY TO NECROM NO FUCK YOU I CAME HERE ALL THE WAY ON FOOT TO EXPLORE AND YOU DO THIS EAT SHIT.
So yeah, I'll likely just explore the city now.

Hot Fuzz.jpg - 1920x1080, 387.88K

I went on a journey of self discovery and found myself and learned that I really need to redo Sotha Sil Expanded's catacombs.

i gave myself a floating door greeter for the house i squat in

Thinking about how much time, effort, and money is being thrown into a furnace for the new Elder Scrolls. Imagine if the Daggerfall or Morrowind teams got even half of that. Fug.

needed at least 3 baths to wash all the ash out of my crevices

Wow, what a nice guy, such a simple request
Also what a weird looking thing, can't wait to sketch it
They do be doing that. Bal Foyen is my favorite TR city so far though, love the TG stuff. Did the Lich give you anything good
It never ends does it lol

Ah sweet, my sleep paralysis demon greets me at the door now

Daggerfall sold like shit compared to Morrowind which sold like shit compared to Oblivion which sold like shit compared to Skyrim

But how did they sell compared to the similar games at the time

Did the Lich give you anything good

Whatever this is. He said it contained knowledge, I assume by that he means it's some way to become a lich and some faggot will want this book later. They can't have it, when I get a house it's going on my bookshelf.

which sold like shit compared to oblivion remaster.

your response?

lolno

Skyrim is the best selling TES.

I fucking HATE money. It kills all the sovl and creativity in these products. The more you spend, the more you gotta appeal to everyone, right? That means less RPG mechanics, less complex and compelling lore, less risks. More "inclusivity", more dull UI, more streamlining, etc.

_.png - 526x436, 61.75K

I know this is THE Hlaalu update because we have their capital now, but I can't bring myself to do it.
Then again, I know the Telvanni content sucks and I can't bring myself to join them either, because it will mean banishing myself to the shit parts of the map for the rest of the character.

Morrowind is still the best game. I could write a 50k word essay on how skyrim is mediocre game design. Its a game for walking sim casuals. Skyrim is all setting and lore and story, which is less interesting than morrowind. The gameplay improvements are irrelevant because its still not a good game from a gameplay perspective.

Imagine thinking a stat based RPG with no attributes is good.

Hlaalu niggers deserve the Red Year.

Imagine thinking a stat based RPG with no attributes is good.

I've had people outright tell me it is despite this, and that I clearly "don't know what an RPG is" when I tried to point this out. So yeah, Skyrim fanboys are completely retarded. I know that word is thrown around a lot here, but I genuinely think you either need to be retarded or to not know any better if you're going to bluntly say that Skyrim is a great RPG.

Damn. Hlaalu greed is kinda based as opposed to the shit we see today. Racketeering, swindling, embezzling, drug trafficking, etc > > > > > trying to create the most bland product ever so as many people possible buy it

Redoran (Fighter's Guild -Dungmer)

Telvanni (CRAAAAAZY Mage's Guild -Dungmer)

Hlaalu (Pure certified kosher rabbi approved)

You simply don't understand.

Skyrim is not a bad game at all. The biggest improvement was for the sword and shield bros who never got representation. Sword and board is the best way to play Skyrim and it's not even close. Nothing else gives u that gameplay plus open world

All the best content is in Hlaalu territory

But you don't want to join the Dunmer version of real life business practices (greedy fucks, corruption and organised crime)

My options are Redoran, who don't have content on the mainland, and Telvanni, who are "finished" but were done at a time where the project was moddy as fuck and desperately need redoing
Fuck fuck fuck.

500 pounds worth of Dwemer junk

cry as I strip down to my underwear and set all of my inventory on the hill, carefully placing my lock picks on top of the scrolls so they don’t

get smashed on Sujamma and lug it all back into town with nothing but a pair of pants on for decency

return to him sweating more than berenziah at an animal shelter

no not me put in the box downstairs retard

cry some more as I lug them all downstairs, almost spilling them everywhere frantically trying to get past a dunmer woman (future wife) blocking the way before the alcohol wears off

get some pocket change and told to go take a bath because the river is probably polluted with garbage

o-ok

saltrice spills out of my pockets as I bump into the dunmer woman (reincarnation of Azura’s beauty) again on the way

STOOPID (go take a bath dear)

get harassed by bugs retrieving all of my gear

10/10 would do again

A large part IMHO of what made Morrowind so great was the fact that it was rushed to the breaking point, and only after release could they go "Oh shit, uh, time to salvage this IG." I doubt spells like "Mana rape" or any of the more crackheaded ideas (like Vivec being a fucking fever dream maze) would've made it into the final cut if they had ample time, as this was "make it or break it" for the company. Todd would've probably played it more safe if he had the time (maybe we would've gotten some sort of in-game compass, who knows).

I should make a disgraced Legion guy someday. I remember playing one in the 2000s once, but I don't think I got far, and even autistically wandered towns like a guard.

autistically wandered towns like a guard

I know that quest. That town is a Cammona Tong hive and I swear they give you that job to humiliate or kill you.

STOOPID (go take a bath dear)

The remnants of the destroyed Lyg; Mo Balls "Nirn" from a previous kalpa (maybe or something like that)

I swear the vanilla version of Morrowind just repeats the same spot of weirdly shallow ocean after a while, and teleports you back a bit every few meters so it feels infinite.
There's also that weird message in a bottle just around that point that people back then thought was meant to be some alien thing, but now I know more of the lore I assume it could even be from a previous Kalpa.

I swear the vanilla version of Morrowind just repeats the same spot of weirdly shallow ocean after a while, and teleports you back a bit every few meters so it feels infinite.

Maybe. The game crashes if you jump too far out into the ocean so it might be doing some hax like that which expects you to be swimming to work.

Has any lore scholar delved into the subject of Molag Bal's transition between Daggerfall and Morrowind? Is it related to the Muatra incident?

en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Invocation_of_Azura_(Daggerfall)

When I was a Dark Elven maiden of sixteen, I joined my grandmother's coven, worshippers of Molag Bal, the Schemer Prince.

en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Invocation_of_Azura

apu3.png - 741x568, 37.12K

my mod idea:
having a one handed weapon equipped with no shield gives you sanctuary points based on your unarmored stat

the Muatra incident

That insult is why Vivec was abducted into Oblivion. Molag Bal wanted to show the lying slanderer what a gentle rapist he really is.

Reverse rape is still rape anon. Mogal Bal just wanted to femdom some people for a short time.

Speaking of Muatra, that Tribunal sermon about the creation of that thing remains my favourite pants on head Tribunal story.

Molag Bal just casually fucking Vivec's decapitate body

Scamp comes in and is called a faggot, making them shit daedra for the rest of time

Vivec's head comes in and demands Molag Bal compare cocks with him for raping his body

Vivec bites Bal's dick

People are watching and decide to do this too

Bal loves this and acts like it was his plan all along to cause a dick biting epidemic

Vivec uses the confusion to create Muatra, tell Bal he didn't find him hot anyway and proceeds to kill anyone who bit a cock at Molag Bal's gay party

Honestly, if I ever find the real Muatra in the game I'd feel dirty handling it.

Last played 2017

Might be time for a reinstall lads, whats the best guide atm. Thinking maybe TR as well

if it makes you feel better, it's all nonsense

Your choice of either OpenMW, which comes with a bunch of graphics improvements and QoL at the cost of not really being faithful to the original
or
using the code patch, MWSE XE, patch for purists, and the optimization patch to make the most bug-free stable version of the original game you can.

Serana reacts positively to your character worshipping Molag Bal it seems he's indeed good at it.

Hello!

1. Goodbye.

The bad news is the giant peninsula to the northeast kind of sucks. It's mostly empty space with a few mediocre Telvanni towns dotted around it.
The Imperial city there is good though, as its been redone in the last few years.

There's too much to see for one playthrough. Make different characters for different regions and questlines.

Soul

Stupid question but I deleted my previous TR.esp, downloaded the newest one and simply inserted in my game. Yes I made the mistake of combining OpenMW with Mod Organizer.
I noticed that I can’t speak to some NPCs and some roads are purple. I know that it has to do with the newest TR version.
that was probably my fault no?

IMG_4430.jpg - 225x225, 14.64K

FLUTED tentacles can make music, which is what tonal architecture is

You specced into white man, the trader specced into Jew. ggez

roads are purple.

Working as designed :^)

but seriously, for that maybe you have to update Tamriel Data. Not sure about the NPC thing. Apparently there's a simple way to fix your save so it works after changing mods but I've never done it.

Did you also download the updated Tamriel Data file? It's separate to Tamriel Rebuilt but is needed since it has all the assets. It was updated recently too.

enter road called The Purple Road

the road is purple

WOOOOOOOW HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOOOOW

Apparently there's a simple way to fix your save so it works after changing mods but I've never done it.

It's easy:

Download Wyre Mash

Open it up

Select your save file

Select repair all

There you go. It probably doesn't work with OpenMW though. I've said it before, but OpenMW lacks a lot of good features and compatibility. It's a real monkey paw because I get it's very easy to use but the tradeoff isn't worth it.

Lies. It's on par with the Vanilla game, just bloated.

"Did you know that I'm a descendant of Lord-Admiral Amiel Richton? That's right, the hero of the Battle of Hunding Bay himself. They made him a saint for it, you know? He was truly a shining example of the Empire, and he's considered a paragon for all those that want to see the Empire made strong again."

Trannywind

In "vanilla" TR it gives you Necromancer's Soul Trap spell that allows you to get 3 souls from one creature. If you install Necrocraft mod, you actually need this (and to go through incredibly obscure quest) to become a lich.

Trainwind?

Why didn't you include your favorite image? Getting really desperate I see.

Wasn't that a plot point in Skyrim that dwemer fucked them up so hard they reverted back to their beast soul?
I thought it was cool

the only (seen) normal Snow Elf says that the Falmer are recovering even if they won't be what they once were so it can't have been that bad
I mean, they raise and use bugs for armor and weapons and stuff so they're at least as intelligent as Dark Elves already

Oblivion stans are an absolute joke.

Fuck this hlaaju sneakcuck playthrough I’m making a battlemage freelancer for the new TR content. Anybody know of a comfy mainland wizard’s tower for me to annex?

Keep him for the narsis content. Regret being a telvanni cuck doing it.

There were no giant crab monsters in LoTR thougheverbeit
The real more likely reason Land Dreugh exist is because Bethesda thought it would be easier to reuse the spider daedra skeleton for something instead of giving dreugh their own unique half squid body

There's a Telvanni quest for one of the mainland masters that lets you do exactly that. It's pretty hard because you're going to venture into a daedric ruin for one of the quest items but you don't have to be a master yourself for it, just be accepting to the Tevanni way of doing politics.

Do propolyan indexes work on the mainland?

Yes but the mainland has its own propylon indexes.

>>>Oblivion stan

for having actually played Morrowind

Kill yourself.

i wonder if they will redo the master index plug-in to integrate the mainland or just make a similar such quest.

My brave Breton knight has just left the wretched hive of scum and villainy known as Hlan Oek, on his way to the great city of Narsis, seeking quests and good deeds to accomplish. Also he got bodied by a swamp troll

what rain mod is that?

Also he got bodied by a swamp troll

I thought it was a glitch because the fucking thing was sturdier and more regenerative than a lich, then I realised they are powered up at night. During the day they're shit.

Damn looks good. OpenMW?

Sheathing

I was planning on using that mod but opted not to with all the bugs and annoying shit the posts on the mod page were mentioning.
I'm still looking for mods to add though:
I used to use Less Generic NPCs, but some of them were fucking with other quests and even made being named Redoran Hortator impossible without some bullshit workarounds. I also liked using animated Morrowind and NPC additions but with Tamriel Rebuilt there's no point since it only affects Vvardenfell.
Is there a better magicka regen mod than Fair Magicka Regen? It's old and I'd have thought there would be alternatives now.

No that's me, a proud House Hlaalu member.

Taming the Kagouti -- a play by Crassius Curio, a spear skillbook.

The real reason Tribunal Temple priests wear robes with front flaps — emergency shrine pissing. Either that or levitate 3 stories up Nchuleftingth just to mark a Dwemer piston like a territorial scrib.

I can't get into Morrowind no matter how much I try, the combat is just offensively bad.
Is that Star Wars total conversion mod any good? I figure it probably features more ranged combat which might ameliorate things.

oh a missing horse? this will be interesting to see how they model one

...

I'm 36 years old and never played Morrowind despite owning it. The closest I got was booting it up on my original xbox decades ago, probably bought this in 2004? I can't remember but I do remember booting it up and just stopped playing it and went back to Halo or something else that was out back then.

file.png - 704x919, 1.18M

how tf would ranged combat amelliorate? There;s no arrow drop, i guess maybe lasers

Why are Alteration spells so magicka intensive? Almost all of them cost so much, your natural magicka pool is insuficient even with one of the fortify birthsigns.

You have already failed before you've even began.

i think levitate and unlock are reasonably priced considering how often they are useful but the rest should probably be modded to be somewhat cheaper, especially swiftswim.

They're the big boy reality warping spells that only the chaddest mages learn.

Yeah, I also there days ago and every single quest in that town is godawful.

swamp troll

I love this guy and his little troll bridge. he would've wrecked me, but luckily the Pathfinder games taught me that trolls hate fire

this will be interesting to see how they model one

Yes, the quest ends how you'd expect. But install Project Cyrodill and you actually see horses, and they're done fairly well.

Can you seriously not join Indoril or Dres? Shit mod.

the quest ends how you'd expect

I didn't expect them to actually model the remains like that

They will probably not merge anything to avoid conflicts with other mods you might have. Same deal as the guild guides and ships.

Playing a character with no magic skills for the first time, should I train alteration or security for opening locks? I have a very low magic pool, 40 I think. Never messed with lock picking much at all. If security, is there a renewable source of master lock picks somewhere?

You don't know TR very well then. One of the things I like is that they do go the extra mile for shit like that.

security is probably the better choice for low magic characters, i think most thief merchants will stock master lockpicks, not sure if they restock though. there's also an open 20 amulet for sale in caldera and balmora stocks both unlocking scrolls so you can forgo the skill entirely if you want.

You will have to go with lockpicks, because high magnitude open spells cost a ton of magicka, consequently requiring high level in alteration.

Find evidence some stupid fuck Imperial accidentally gave a shipping order to a necromancer in his stolen tower

I could show this to the captain of the guards... or I could keep hold of it for when I REALLY want to embarrass her.

the game is so good becase you break it and god powers

Glass is actual volcanic rock, Ebony is the crystalized form of the blood of Lorkhan, hence why it is only found in certain regions of Tamriel that his blood would have rained down upon after Auriel shot it into the ocean, and is in the highest concentration on Vvardenfell.

With the latest PT release, I've been thinking about what other parts of Tamriel I would like to see next.
I'm looking forward to them starting to add Hammerfell. But what about you anons, what other provinces are you looking forward to?

Lockpicking is just "spam the lock until it works", there's no minigame or anything.
I like to use security for low level locks and scrolls for ones my character can't pick. Scrolls for Open 40-60 are pretty common and there are also higher levelled ones for 100 points.

I just want Morrowind finished. Anvil and the surrounding area feels like that small bonus tropical area you could access in the free version of classic Runescape, and it makes it feel super nostalgic.

Does TR slow down player levelling/power scaling? With how much content I hear is in it, seems like it would get boring otherwise given that you normally reach unkillable OP tier somewhere around 2/3 through the base game

What the FUCK is happening in that picture?

Just Suran things

It can slow down faction progression but you're better off installing a third party mod for that.

Yeah basically.

you need to get comfortable with replaying the game from the beginning and doing different content, you know, an open world game.

Play Battle for the Illiac Bay

Nox3.jpg - 3840x2036, 1.86M

That’s not why the game is good zoomie

No, there’s other mods for that and TR mod lists usually recommend one for that reason

That's Bethesda for you.

they do reccomend level slowing mods for more comprehensive playthroughs. you will likely scale pretty fast considering that how many good items are just kinda sitting around though.

Call me boring but I'd like to go back to the Iliac Bay and see how it'd look with Morrowind design standards. In particular Wayrest and Orsinium is a region ripe with potential.

the egg mines are more-so just farms, they're just inside of existing, likely spent, mines that the dunmer can easily maintain/harvest from
also they mine gems, ebony which is kind of a metal even though it's solidified god's blood, and glass
not to mention the gold, silver and iron mines scattered about too
in conclusion, stupid n'wah

The Nerevarine challenged some random fucker in Suran to pull his sword out of an enchanted box.

is there a renewable source of master lock picks somewhere?

Yes, some of the guild leaders have unlimited stock, but they require high rank in the guild.

I never saw the problem with this. You earn your power, may as well enjoy it.

sapient, but the races of men/mer have a god protecting their souls from being harvested/abused
there's ways around the protection but vivec etc probably got rid of that protection when they became gods

Skyrim, it's been 5 years since the last release and all the previews look beautiful. I need to see the Nords like they were before TES V watered them down

According to the Mages Guild plotline in Old Ebonheart, there are ways to soultrap people. It happens to a woman at the end of the questline.

what other provinces are you looking forward to?

Hammerfell is at the top of my list because I like arid and tropical regions, and want to see more of their western Dwemer tileset. I'm also really excited for their take on post-Warp High Rock.

I'd love some bullshit C0DA style mod for Morrowind, but then again Skyrim has to have some good mods to make up for it being used like Koikatsu with swords I guess.

Closest is SSE I guess

The bad news is the giant peninsula to the northeast kind of sucks

visit south

beautifully made mushroom forests, mesas, rivers and other stuff I've yet to explore

visit north-east

kinda the same biome of rocky hills and wickwheat with occasional trees for the entire telvanni area

god damn I cannot wait for the redo, the quality improvement of exploration is gonna make me nut
I mean TR content isn't exactly canon, but yes people's souls can be soul trapped with special rituals because it's done in oblivion.
ESO adds some stupid shit about souls I'll choose to ignore because for gods sake they even added in a fake daedric prince. Fags.

Summerset, it'd be interesting to finally see altmer content that doesn't revolve around 4th era shit

SSE Imperfect is impressive, but I kind of miss the tall humanoid robot body.

What do kwama eggs taste like?

What I'm aiming for is a mix of the two when I redo it. Like a big horrific cancer thing that's gonna use rigged hands and multitudes of arms to actively try to crush you in a smaller arena. Same basic concept of the fight, less running around. I've already tweaked the fight slightly already to be less tedious.

actual creative designs not just lazily ripped from the real world

we need more of this

How much ebony is on the moons?

didn't know there were Amano fans at Bethesda back then

That's just Amano art.

Does anyone have the bug taxi comic
You know the one

That's Project Tamriel art not Bethesda's. The general aesthetic they have for the Altmer is based on this one Kirkbride concept art from the Pocket Guide though.

Liches are jews in DND which invented the whole concept of a Lich as an immortal undead wizard as we understand it today

these things always freaked me out as a kid

what are you doing in game right now?

After countless attempts at playing and 23 years of giving up long before Red Mountain I finally beat Dagoth Ur.

THE ORCS AND I HAVE A LOT IN COMMON WITH THE ORCS,

THE ORCS ARE THE BIGGEST THIEVES IN TAMRIEL

THE ORCS ARE THE BIGGEST THIEVES IN TAMRIEL

*cough* Khajiit *cough* *hack*

n'wah

I feel like an n'wah IRL in my own country.

im prety sure the lady upstairs at balmora mages guild sells an enchanted item of open 40-60 pts

I heard the Narsis mages guild line rewards you with unique non vanilla spells like blink and pass wall

Mwse only

Fuuuck I only play openmw aaaaaa

*unzips pants

If kwama were so important to the food supply of Morrowind then what did the kwama eat?

Rocks?

They have an entire caste of foragers who attack the player. So most likely whatever organic matter they can hunt or gather, like ants.

A little of this, a little of that
this was all just sitting in someones attic

Piss off

Imagine if ants could paralyse you IRL

Isn't a bullet ant's sting supposed to be one of the most painful things in the world?

Now i'm no game designer but after only playing for 18 minutes this seems a little OP
I know everything in Morrowind is OP and broken but damn

this seems a little OP

Good.

Bound weapons are indeed overpowered, yes.

For you.

The amount of lore details in these games is awe-inspiring.

Zoomers will still complain about how hard the combat is

So why was Ebony so common in Cyrodiil?

Elder scrolls is one of those fantasy settings where everyone and their dog uses magic, magic is everywhere and anyone can cast spells.

Because Oblivion was made with zero world considerations.

one of the conditions of the armistice of morrowind was empire control over ebony mines if i'm not mistaken.

why does the wealth of colonies end up at the heart of the empire

N'wah please.

Not very much, considering the moons are just his body rather than his blood (lol, Christ symbolism). Also, the name "Shor's Stone" is actually quite a beautiful example of Nordic simplicity.
Lorkhan = Shor
Massive ebony deposits in the earth
Ebony = Blood of Shor (Stone form)
Thus,
Shor's Stone.

lmao yes, it is way too good for such a cheap spell.
The bound weapon's stats should have been proportional to your skill level. Bound Armors are not as OP because low armor skill reduce protection stats.

Personally I would have made the bound armor buff armor skills too and just had them be high level spells. Buff your stamina and health too, add a spell that summons all of it at once.

make a fortune in Narsis

decide to go on vacation

buy a boat in Ebonheart for a small fee of 15k septims

take a sailing trip up north

after a long journey, find some remote island in the far north

shrine crawling with spider daedra

attacked by a bunch of cultists inside, apparently it was a shrine of mephala, nothing unusual

almost ready to leave

there's one more door I haven't opened

go through it

the people inside don't attack me

they're wearing morag tong armor

they're all gathered around this rather tasteful statue

inspect it

sanguine starts talking to me like "heeey little mortal"

I decide to humor him because he sounds funny

refers to himself as "uncle sanguine"

tells me to go find m'aiq the liar and ask about his birthday

Did I just start a quest to throw a birthday party?
Also what the fuck is the Forge of Inferndere?

What is the point of medium armor if they're all shit?

respect kwama warriors

FUCK you traaaaaaaaaainwiz where the FUCK is muh full co-op in the MAIN CAMPAIGN of Undersapce

Lighter than heavy armour and doesn't break as quickly as light.

Heavy armor is too fucking heavy until you can get big boy str/feather enchantments on them, at which point you've already won the game so who cares

I actually like mixing heavy and medium armor on my warrior characters, partially for style/rp but also because I want to be able to move at an ok speed

Holdover from the previous games.

I've gotta finish this next milestone update with player housing and shit before I go onto the last multiplayer milestone.

attacked by a bunch of cultists inside

Oh. Oh you poor fool.
You just basically massacred a morag tong nursing home.

Finally, a good mod.

Ok6B7Zd.png - 288x389, 98.51K

You should have considered that all the morag tong clothes lying about might be an indicator something else is happening.

people thought morrowind was the zoomer filter but oblivion is filtering them too

Last time I played I was...looking for a Dwemer Spear so I could actually hit ghosts n Daedra n shit.

It's been a long time.

Yes, I play Khajiit. How could you tell?

Playing Tamriel Rebuilt for the first time. Doing gangster shit. Decided to spend some drakes on a house in Bal Foyen. I've picked up every bottle of skooma and every pile of moon sugar I could find and scattered them all over the house. This is my expensive drug den. I have over 200 moon sugar and over 100 bottles of skooma.

Killing piggybanks aka smugglers on my way to Necrom.

Aesthetic. Orc, Indoril, Royal, Bonemold, Ice, Adamantium all pure fantasy kino.

Just got an update that my weeklong booking at the hotel is over, which brings my vacation to a close for now. I slept there a grand total of one night. Excellent vacation to be honest, made a ton of money.
Unbelievably based lol

quite a few mediums are very solid, they just fall off towards the end except in bloodmoon and tribunal where good mediums get added
light armour actually sucks dogshit for the majority of the game until glass where it's pretty obscene
heavy is solid throughout just ridiculously heavy

Alright, I've beaten Morrowind before so I know how silly this sounds, but is there a quest marker mod I could install?

I work 8+ hours a day and I have a kid now. I just need shit simplified a bit after my average day.

Kek got the ashies real riled up with this one

only one of the kids looks like the father

anon...

Bro it's literally the Pokemon evolution of the little ones. Why wouldnt it know Thunderbolt?

Eels can be electric

WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!

Haha keening go brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

is there a more updated version of mcp or is it just the one on nexus?

just say fuck it and make small goals to accomplish and get lost for an hour or two.

absolutely nothing

Don't need kids when you're an immortal lich.
