Artists don´t use AI, AI is a crutch for the lazy and the unskilled. It´s not me saying this, artist of all disciplines have voiced their dislike for it everywhere. They don´t want to use it themselves nor they want their work to be used to train the damn things.

So again, companies either hire actual artists or prompters that believe themselves artist for imputing prompts to generate iterations. As i said, mutually exclusive.

Yeah. It's also why I find a lot of the arguments AIfags put towards AI being no different to normal creative processes to not hold water. Like how inspiration, aesthetics and conceptualization are vastly more complex and different than a glorified algorithm just picking and choosing pixel placements based solely on probabilities and associations, or how despite photography taking over the niche realism painting provided, it's still a very skilful and nuanced line of creative expression compared to prompting where you're essentially playing roulette trying to ask a computer to give you something very vaguely like what you imagined.
